If you are a type of person who does not like to exercise then Zumba is for you!. I cannot believe how fast an hour goes! - there is NO way that having this much fun is exercise. I am looking forward to Pilates and gymstick!.

"It was my lucky day when i came across Capital Missfits Fitness. It is a small gym with a great variety of programs, and with professional and knowledgeable instructors who challenge you enough so that you see the results of your work. The instructors make it interesting and fun so that you keep coming back.
The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, contrary to big gyms where there is often an intimidating atmosphere. My husband - who's never been an athlete - and I decided on personal training.
It's been 6 month and he keeps signing up for more sessions. That is HUGE!
We're both over 50. So much for 'you can't teach an old dog new tricks!' "
