Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

 

Bellyfit

Bellyfit®

Bellyfit is the fusion fitness experience for women that blends the power and wisdom of ancient cultures, with the research, technology and trends of the modern world. It is designed to connect you to the deep, primal feminine within, while helping you find strength to deal with modern day stress. In the first half hour of the class, burn mega calories, relieve stress and get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn cardio moves infused with the ancient and beautiful fundamentals of Belly Dance, Bollywood, Bhangra, African Dance and more. During the second half of the class, enjoy sculpting, toning and tightening with Pilates inspired core work, a deep yet relaxing Yoga inspired stretch and mindful Mudra Meditation.

 

 

Turbo KickTurbo Kick®

Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.

Grab life by the glutes!

Join us for this butt-lifting, ab-flattening, thigh shapening, kick-a** workout! (no pun intended) This is a full body workout, with heavy focus on the tush and abs. We can't guarantee that you'll easily be walking down the stairs after, but we can guarantee that you'll thank us one day. :)

Flexibility is defined as the range of motion around a joint or series of joints. Without adequate flexibility, everyday activities can become more difficult, and in some cases, painful and dangerous.

With proper stretching, anyone, of any age or gender, can improve their flexibility.

Increased flexibility can greatly reduce risk of injury during daily or exercise activities, improve posture and reduce back pain, increase blood and nutrient flow to soft tissue in the body, and improve overall health and vitality!

Split shift is a dynamic flexibility class that draws on the wisdom of different methods of stretching technique to bring you to your flexiest self ever! Much emphasis is given to working on flexibility of the hips, legs and spine through static, dynamic, and self facilited assisted stretching techniques.

Even if the splits aren't your goal, this class should be on your list.

Top 40 dance tracks, hot dance moves, and intervals designed to kick your metabolism into high gear is what HIITList is all about!

High Intensity Interval Training has been shown to be the most effective method to lose weight and get in shape FAST! We've peppered these calorie blasting intervals into a super fun dance fitness class, all to a soundtrack you'll surely love! Modifications and levels of technique make this a great class for ANYbody looking to improve their fitness!

A little bit flirty. A little bit funky. A whole lot of fun!

Flaunt is dance based cardio class that invites you to tap into your inner Diva. With easy to follow dance moves, and a flowing progression, you'll feel like a music video superstar in no time.

This class is suitable for all abilities, though due to content and language in some of the music, we do ask that participants under 18 have parental permission to participate. This class is for ladies only.

 

 

YogaYoga and Deep Stretch

Hatha Yoga improves flexibility, stamina, strength and balance. Stretches are specifically designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, stabilize your joints, and stimulate your organs.

In Deep Stretch, gentle stretches with the muscles relaxed allows the body to open up, relax and release tension in the body. This is an all levels class. The use of props is encouraged in this class to ensure comfort.

With either class, Yoga or Deep Stretch, you have the perfect complement after Zumba, TurboKick, Pole Dance or any of the more active forms of exercise!!!!

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience.

It’s the perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement and power, with a foundation in Pilates and yoga that burns calories while transforming the body.

It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced, either way, you’ll get results.
